Admitted to the Rome Bar Association in 1993

ABOUT:

He graduated in Law in 1987, and qualified as a Lawyer in Italy in 1990. Since 1993, Antonio has practiced law both in Italy and abroad. In Italy he is currently a member of Rome BAR Association and has gained the rights of audience before the Supreme Court of Cassation and Highest Courts Jurisdictions.

In Dubai Antonio has the Rights of Audience before DIFC Courts, a Judiciary which administers Civil and Commercial Litigation Cases in English Language according to the Common Law Legal System.

Since 2010 Antonio is also a Chartered Arbitrator, qualification gained at the well known Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of London. He is also a member of the CCBE (Conseil des Barreaux de la Communauté Européenne) and of ILA (International Law Association).

He has been appointed as a Adjunct Faculty of Commercial Law at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah.
