Founded by Antonio M. Varvaro, a distinguished member of the Rome Bar Association since 1990 and an advocate rights of audience before the Court of Cassation and the highest jurisdiction in Italy, one of the core value of the firm is to bring unparalleled expertise to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
In Dubai, our firm is registered with the DIFC Courts, a renowned Common Law judiciary that administers civil and commercial disputes in English Language, Adv. Varvaro holds right of audience before these esteemed courts, ensuring comprehensive legal representation of our clients.

We are proudly listed in the directories of the Consulate General of Italy in Dubai ad the Italian Trade Agency (Dubai office). Additionally, we serve as a legal advisers to the Italian Industry and Commerce Office in the UAE.
In Italy, we are twined with V/P Legal & Business, based in Rome, co founded by Adv. Varvaro. This partnership enhances our ability to provide seamless legal services across borders, combining local expertise with global insights.

We usually propose our clients a two steps Credit Recovery process, hence two distinguished Services, as follows :
(i) the process of debt collection and negotiation with the Debtor through a pre-judiciary procedure (the “Non Judiciary Recovery Attempt”), and
(ii) the litigation / arbitration process for the debt recovery before a competent UAE State Court or Arbitral Tribunal.
We are able to assist our Clients before any Court of the UAE and in any stage till execution.
Labour and Employment Law
UAE is a multi-cultural Country where over 100 nationalities live together, both in the position of employers and employees. The Federal Decree n. 33/2021 (which repealed the Labour Law n. 8 of 1980) is the source regulating most of the employment contracts implemented by Circulars and Resolutions issued by
the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE).
The most common cases we have handled are related to the following matters:
1. Breach of Confidentiality
2. Breach of non competition agreement
3. Termination of the Labour Contract
4. Rights and Obligations of the parties.
In DIFC employment contracts are regulated by the Employment Law No. 2 of 2019, amended the Law No. 4 of 2020.

Adv. Antonio M. Varvaro delivered a speech yesterday on the occasion of GIC, a great annual event arranged by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE.
The topic was "Recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitral awards in the UAE: Legal framework and tools".
